Some times we have older dogs looking for adoption.  Most of these are retired show dogs, some are just youngsters who have shown loads of promise as babies but for one reason or the other the show ring did not end up being the place for them.  While it is sad parting with dogs that we love we take extra care to make sure that they go to homes that offer them a loving and comfortable life.  For a very long time my philosophy has been that if I want to continue showing and breeding quality dogs it is not practical to keep all of the dogs that have retired, there is a far better life waiting for dogs where they can get one on one attention.

If you think you might like to adopt an older dog please contact me.  Most of these dogs are available for the cost of sterilisation.  At times we look to place dogs on breeders terms too.

'Macey'

Is approx 3 years old.  She currently has a litter of puppies but will be sterilised in late October 08, after which she will be looking for a forever home.  Macey particularly likes women, she would be suitable for a single lady or a retired couple.  She is well mannered and quite obedient.  She gets on very well with my male dogs but she can resent other girls coming too close.  She is a very sweet and gentle dog and will prove to be a fantastic, well mannered lady to have around the home and to go for walks with.
